What Can You Automate?
The Auto-Scheduler is more than a generic social scheduler. It integrates directly with your industry's specific platforms and feeds to syndicate content automatically.

Sync your online store catalog and product feeds. Automatically generate high-converting promotional campaigns and drive social media traffic straight to your checkout page.
Connect your property database or CRM. Automatically publish listing details, virtual tours, open house schedules, and closing updates to attract buyers and sellers.

Sync your ATS or vacancy feeds. Instantly convert job postings into eye-catching job card graphics and LinkedIn posts to capture passive candidates and build employer branding.
The Auto-Scheduler works with any public URL or database. Here are other industries currently using Wordflux to put their social media on autopilot:

Zero Wasted AI Tokens
The Auto-Scheduler is remarkably efficient. By calculating your calendar limits before generating content, it ensures you only spend AI credits on content you actually have room for. Choose exactly how it operates:
The AI pulls the latest articles and videos and maps them directly onto your calendar's future open slots. It will seamlessly look weeks ahead to fill the gaps with Evergreen content, while aggressively placing breaking News within the next 48 hours.
Safeguard: Generation completely pauses if your calendar has 30 pending posts waiting for your approval.
Prefer to curate your own calendar? By disabling Auto-Scheduling, the system switches to a daily ideation mode. It functions as a pure content generator, creating raw, unplaced drafts in your Content Library.
Safeguard: It acts as a strict daily drip. If you set your maximum limit to 3 posts, it will generate exactly 3 drafts today and instantly discard the rest without touching your token balance.
How does the Auto-Scheduler work?
The Auto-Scheduler watches your connected sources around the clock and automatically drafts and schedules ready-to-approve social posts using your custom voices and templates.
We check your connected sources (websites, YouTube channels, and webhooks) for updates. For standard sites, we automatically locate and connect your content feed behind the scenes. For WordPress, our specialized connector integrates directly with the posts API for high-resolution images and full-text updates.
The scheduler only acts on content published in the last 24 hours. Older articles or videos are ignored, so your calendar never gets flooded with historical items from a source you just added.
Once a post has been generated from a source item (article, video, or webhook payload), that item is remembered and never processed again — keeping your queue clean and your credits safe.
For every new item that passes the filter, the AI generates social media posts using your configured Brand Voice and Context Profile, while applying custom Brand Templates for design style. It adapts the tone, length, and style for each platform you've selected.
Generated posts are placed into your content calendar as 'Needs Approval' by default. Nothing goes live until you or your team approve it — you stay fully in control. If you enable Auto Approve, posts skip this step and publish automatically.
To keep the platform fast and fair for everyone, the Auto-Scheduler caps how many AI generations can run per organisation each hour. Both manual runs and the automated cron share the same budget.

It depends on your Lookback setting! By default, the system will process any ungenerated content published within the last year to build a strong initial back-catalog. However, you can lower this limit to 24 hours or 7 days in your settings if you only want it to focus on brand new updates.
We extract images whenever possible. For WordPress websites, we connect directly to the media API to fetch high-resolution featured images and inline media automatically. For standard websites, we search the parsed feed for associated image metadata. If an image cannot be located, you can easily upload one manually inside the campaign composer.
Please ensure that your website has not disabled the default WordPress REST API (which is normally accessible relative to your domain under /wp-json/wp/v2). Some security plugins or firewall configurations block external API requests. If blocked, the system cannot connect natively.
When you trigger a manual sync to fetch older history, the system dynamically calculates the next offset page based on what is already stored locally. This keeps the fetch lightweight, saves credit usage, and prevents fetching duplicate history from your sources.
Yes! Most source-specific options — such as daily limits, scheduling slots, brand templates, brand voices, and context profiles — can be configured directly via the source Configurator when editing or adding your sources.
Evergreen content has no expiration date, so the system will map it out across the next 90 days to fill gaps in your calendar. News items operate on a short expiration clock. If a News item cannot find a free slot within your expiration limit without breaking your daily cap, it gets seamlessly discarded.
