Building the Word-Flux Auto-Scheduler: A Developer's Story

I am a software developer. I have spent many hours fine-tuning Word-Flux to make it perfect. Managing social media takes too much time. You write blog posts and film videos, then you spend hours on promotion. I wanted to build a set and forget marketing engine to solve this problem.

The system uses a Radar to monitor YouTube channels and websites. It is not just for your own accounts. You can add your own YouTube channel, or you can track other people's channels. You can also add sitemaps and RSS feeds from any website you want to follow. This is a great way to create content based on industry news or your favorite creators.

The smart discovery pipeline looks for direct RSS or Atom feeds first. If it cannot find them, it scans website sitemaps. The moment new content is published, Word-Flux grabs it. It then creates high quality posts for your social media automatically.

The Coding Challenge: News vs. Evergreen

One of the biggest coding challenges was teaching the AI how to schedule different types of content. I had to distinguish between News and Evergreen messages. News items are time sensitive. They need to go out right away. Evergreen messages are timeless and can be posted later.

I found a good solution for this. The AI now routes News items to the next available slot on your calendar. It spreads Evergreen posts out to keep your feed active every day. This keeps your brand visible without any extra work from you.
