This could be a tree from their window, a houseplant, or clouds in the sky.

After just one month, the “nature gazing” group reported a 40% reduction in feelings of general anxiety. They also showed a significant increase in overall mood compared to the group that did not participate. Lead researcher Dr. Anya Sharma said the key is “micro-dosing nature.” She explained that these short, intentional moments help interrupt the brain’s stress cycle. They promote a state of mindfulness without requiring a major time commitment or change in lifestyle.
